• Graphic Products (Heart, circle, and dog tag graphical jewelry): 2-4 Business days
• Custom Shaped products: (Custom Name Necklace, Vertical Name Necklace, Acrylics etc: 3-5 Business days)
• Leather Products (Graphic Journal, Leather Wallet):  2-3 Business Days

Holidays and busier seasons can extend production time frames.

Shipping Times

• USA Standard (UPS & USPS): 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
• USA Priority (FedEx): 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays)
• Canada Standard (UPS): 5-10 business days
• EU (UPS): 5-12 business days for Standard

Shipping Rates and costs

We charge a base rate for the first item on an order, plus a per item fee for additional items on the same order. Upsell items are exempt from additional shipping charges. 

The following are starting prices, which may increase based on weight, size & location:

• USA Standard: $5.95 + $5/item 

We provide free shipping on all orders that include 3 or more items, applicable to every item in our store.

• USA Priority: $10.95 + $5/item

We provide free shipping on all orders that include 4 or more items, applicable to every item in our store.

• Canada Standard: $9.95 + $5/item

We provide free shipping on all orders that include 5 or more items, applicable to every item in our store.

• EU Standard: $9.95 + $5/item

We provide free shipping on all orders that include 4 or more items, applicable to every item in our store.

Shipping Carriers

• For USA Standard Domestic orders, we use UPS to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.
  
• For USA Priority orders, we use FedEx. (FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses)
• For Canada orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
• For EU orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We only accept returns of damaged or defective merchandise with the original packaging intact. These returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable. 

For non-quality related issues such as no longer wanting the item, ordering the wrong size or color, we’re happy to offer size/color exchanges within 30 days of order delivery date.

We accept cancellations of orders up to 06 hours after order successfully paid.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If the order arrives in your country and:

– The customer refuses to accept the package

– Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
